4. Intellectual property
The Joy Bitter trade mark is owned by a third party and licensed to Bitter and Bitter s.r.l.s., which uses it in the course of its business. The trade mark owner is extraneous to the business activity carried out by the licensee and is not liable for any obligations, agreements or acts undertaken by the latter.
All elements of the website and of Joy Bitter's communication are protected by copyright, trade mark and unfair competition law.
