• Amplitude Inc. (Stati Uniti) — statistiche di utilizzo, attivate esclusivamente previo consenso dell'utente;

• Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC — fornitura dei caratteri tipografici utilizzati dal sito (Google Fonts). Il caricamento comporta la comunicazione a Google dell'indirizzo IP dell'utente.

6. Trasferimenti extra-UE

Alcuni dei fornitori indicati, in particolare Amplitude e Google, possono trattare dati al di fuori dello Spazio Economico Europeo, incluso negli Stati Uniti. In tali casi il trasferimento avviene sulla base delle Clausole Contrattuali Standard approvate dalla Commissione Europea o dell'adesione del fornitore al EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

5. Recipients

Data may be processed by the following providers, acting as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR or as independent controllers:

• Hostinger International Ltd (Lithuania) — website building and hosting platform, including Zyro services and the content delivery network and the management of the contact form;

• Amplitude Inc. (United States) — usage statistics, activated solely with the user's prior consent;

• Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC — provision of the web fonts used by the website (Google Fonts). Loading the fonts involves the communication of the user's IP address to Google.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Some of the providers listed above, in particular Amplitude and Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. In such cases, the transfer takes place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or of the provider's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

7. Rights of the data subject

You may exercise at any time the rights provided for by Arts. 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, as well as withdrawal of consent, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
